Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.

Work Experiences

  • At least 1-2 years of email marketing and web analytics and on-line marketing experience. 
  • Past experience working with E-Commerce teams required.
  • Retail experience a plus. CRM Database experience a plus.

Skills

  • Knowledge in creating and setting up email campaigns, as well as extracting analytics and reports from ESP platforms.
  • Strong background in managing high-volume and multifaceted email programs, including reporting on results.
  • Thorough understanding of email performance metrics.
  • Expertise in Email/SMS metrics and ROI analysis to effectively report to leadership.
  • Knowledge of HTML and basic coding for email marketing.
  • Proven experience in an email management function and outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day Email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies for list growth, health, and increased engagement.
  • Utilize the Customer Data Platform to identify target audiences and align them to business objectives.
  • Create personalized and contextual experiences to increase customer retention.
  • Provide detailed weekly/monthly/quarter reporting and analytics to be shared with key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, engagement rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue.
  • Manage campaign proofs: ensuring smooth and timely routing, reviews and approvals from necessary teams.
  • Maintain and optimize a testing agenda for A/B testing frameworks.
  • Be knowledgeable on Email/SMS best practices, technologies, and trends.
